Red pepper soup served with a swirl of cream

A duo of vegetable and stilton with mushroom filo pastry knots, served with a mixed leaf garnish

Chicken liver pâté, with a Cumberland sauce dressed garnish

King prawns gently pan fried in garlic butter

A boneless quail with a port and redcurrant dressing served with a salad garnish

A selection of smoked salmon canapés

Seared chicken strips in a honey and mustard marinade, served on a bed of mixed salad

For your main course please choose from

Tournados of venison with a red and black peppercorn sauce

Duck breast pan cooked in a creamy Grand Marnier sauce

Fillet steak Wellington, with a red wine and port sauce

Noisettes of lamb on a bed of cabbage and potato rosti,served with red onion relish

Chicken breast Italian – filled with Roquefort and wrapped in bacon

Salmon supreme with a champagne sauce

Asparagus and Brie open tart, served with a redcurrant sauce

All main courses will be served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables
